We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when you visit our website.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and operate our services, to communicate with you, to deliver health-pilot reminders, the Daily Check-In, and reports, to develop and evaluate the pilot's analytics, to maintain security, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile Messaging (SMS)
GWC Advisory offers SMS messages to participants enrolled in the GWC Health Pilot who opt in, including reading reminders and a short Daily Check-In. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive these transactional health messages from GWC Advisory. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information collected for SMS is used solely to deliver the messaging service.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our services (for example, messaging and hosting providers), and only as needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared with third parties.
Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your Choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
